Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

2. Educational Purposes Only; No Guarantee of Results

All trainings, content, software output, and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. We make no guarantee or promise of any income, sales, earnings, or business results. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, market, and many factors outside our control, and you accept full responsibility for your decisions and outcomes.

3. AI-Generated Content

The Services may use artificial intelligence to generate text and other content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any output before use, and for ensuring your use complies with all laws, advertising rules, platform policies, and third-party rights.

4. Purchases, Billing, and Subscriptions

Prices and billing terms are shown at the time of purchase. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown, including any recurring subscription charges until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Taxes may apply.

Except where a written refund policy is stated at the point of sale or required by law, all sales are final and fees are non-refundable, including for partially used periods. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension of access.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, software, trainings, templates, branding, trademarks, and materials are owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own business purposes. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share access, record, reverse engineer, scrape, or create competing products from the Services or its materials.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or harmful; to send spam or unsolicited messages; to make false or misleading claims; to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services; or to violate any third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for any violation.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms, and your use of them is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY, EPRODUCTS EMPIRE, OFFERCONVERTER AI, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, PRESENTERS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, EProducts Empire, OfferConverter AI, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, presenters, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, your marketing or business activities, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

11. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any unresolved dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Leon County, Florida, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. YOU AND THE COMPANY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration section, exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Leon County, Florida.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Changes and General Terms

We may modify these Terms or the Services at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimers, are the entire agreement between you and us.
